(*): In order to encourage student participation in the conference we offer a grant to support up to 15 students to attend. The grant provides for a 25% reduction of the conference registration fee. Grants will be awarded on a first-come-first-served basis. In order to apply for a student grant, please:

  • send an email to the Conference Chair Tullio Vardanega (tullio.vardanega@math.unipd.it), with subject "Ada-Europe 2008 student grant application", stating your name and institution.
  • fax a student confirmation status from your institution to +39.049.8271444 (f.a.o.: Tullio Vardanega) or email a scanned version of it to the above address.
Applications will only be considered upon reception of all the required information.
Please note that for students co-authors of accepted papers a full registration for the paper must be made in order for the grant application to be considered.

Registrations will be accepted until 7 June 2008.
After this date, only on-site registration will be allowed if places are still available.
Please note that in that case, the full conference kit cannot be guaranteed.

Personal or Company cheques will not be accepted. Please note that admission to the Conference cannot be guaranteed unless full payment has been received. Where payment is still pending or delayed, registrants will be asked to pay the outstanding amount upon arrival.

A confirmation email with all details about your participation in the Conference will be sent immediately after your on-line registration.

REGISTRATION FEES CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS

Cancellation must be always confirmed in writing: don't forget to include all your bank's information.
Refund of fees, less € 25,00 for administrative charge, will be made for cancellations received before 31 May 2008. After this date, no refunds will be possible. Refunds will be processed and paid after the Conference.

First you need a Personal Identification Number and a Password to carry out your on line registration.

Registration to the Conference

A login page will appear, for you to enter your PIN and Password.
What will then appear?
First, a summary of your personal data to be confirmed, then the REGISTRATION page where you will have to tell us whether your are a MEMBER/ACADEMIA etc.
You will have to choose between the 3-DAY CONFERENCE FEES or 1-DAY CONFERENCE FEES; if you register for one day only, do not forget to indicate the DAY.
Those who choose a 3-DAY CONFERENCE FEE are kindly asked to confirm whether they are coming to the Cocktail and Banquet to avoid wasteful preparation of food.
The 1-DAY FEES and the TUTORIAL FEES do not include the Welcome Reception and the Excursion and Banquet: you may purchase tickets for those events by selecting the appropriate box in the registration form.

Upon completing the on-line registration form, a further email will be sent to your e-mail address with the summary of the selected options and the total amount to be paid.

The same PIN and Password must be used to book the city tours.

City Tours

After you completed your on-line registration, it will not be possible to access the on-line form again; changes can only be made by requesting them by email to ae08@sistemacongressi.com.

OTHER MEANS OF REGISTRATION

The on-line form is the preferred means of registration at the conference. If your organization prefers paper-based transactions, you may then download the Registration Form in PDF and follow its instructions.
