  The conference will take place at CENTRO CULTURALE DON ORIONE ARTIGIANELLI (Zattere Dorsoduro 909/A - 30123 Venezia - tel 041522407 - http://www.donorione-venezia.it, coordinates: 45°25'45.28"N, 12°19'37.82E - check it out on Google Earth!)
  
  The conference sessions will be held in the "AULA MAGNA" (ground floor), "SALA GOLDONI" (first floor) and "SALA PALLADIO" (ground floor).
  
  The exhibition and coffee breaks will be held in the DON STERPI CLOISTER; lunches will be served at the RISTORANTE SAN TROVASO (ground floor).

Hotel accomodation

Participants must make hotel reservations by contacting the hotels in Venice directly.
June being a very popular month for visitors, conference participants are encouraged to book their lodge as early as possible.
A limited number of rooms has been blocked at the Conference Venue until 31 MARCH 2008.
After that date, room reservation at the Conference Venue will be possible only subject to availability. Rooms will be a assigned on a first-come/first-served basis.

How to book your room at the Conference Venue

• INSTEAD PLEASE EMAIL:

  with subject "Room request for Ada-Europe 2008". Be sure to write your personal details, along with date of arrival and departure and whether you need single or double room.

Failing to do that, the reservation desk of the CENTRO CULTURALE DON ORIONE ARTIGIANELLI won't identify you as being entitled to book any of the rooms blocked for the conference.

• On reception of your email request, the reservation desk will contact you in return by email with information on the state of your booking, confirmation details, price, payment methods and cancellation policy.
