Call for Exhibitors

Commercial exhibitions will span the three days of the main conference. Vendors and providers of software products and services should contact the Exhibition Chair for information and for allowing suitable planning of the exhibition space and time.

Information for Exhibitors
The scheduled exhibitions and a short outline of their details will be advertised in all handouts related to the conference, and in the conference program, both advance and final.

    Exhibitors will get:
  • Furnished booth space
  • A single free conference registration including lunch, coffee-breaks, welcome reception and banquet
  • Posting of the sponsor logo on the web page of the Ada-Europe 2008 Conference and in the Advance and Final Program
  • A link to the Exhibitor home page from the Ada-Europe 2008 Conference home page
  • The opportunity to make a presentation in the Vendor session of the conference.
