Registration

The registration fee for the three days of the technical program (June 15-17) includes one copy of the proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception on Tuesday 15 June evening, and banquet on Wednesday 16 June evening. The registration fee for a single day of the technical program includes one copy of the proceedings, two coffee breaks, and the lunch on the day of the registration.

(*) Student rate
In order to encourage student participation in the conference we offer support for a limited number of students to attend at a reduced fee. Please note that for student co-authors of accepted papers a full registration for the paper must be made in order for the grant application to be considered. Student rates will be awarded on a first-come-first-served basis. In order to apply for the reduced student fee, please:

• send an email to the Conference Chair Jorge Real (jorge@disca.upv.es), with subject "Ada-Europe 2010 student fee application", stating your name and institution.
• fax a student confirmation status from your institution to +34.963.877.579 (f.a.o.: Jorge Real) or email a scanned version of it to the above address.

Applications will only be considered upon reception of the grant application email and the student status confirmation.

The first step is to fill in your personal data and to select your registration options. You will then be receiving a confirmation email and, within 5 days, a second email with payment instructions.

Online registration is the preferred and most convenient method. However, if you need to fill and fax a registration form, please contact Fanny Collado at congresos@cfp.upv.es to request a PDF form and further instructions for registering manually.

Tutorial Registration

The fee is per tutorial, including tutorial notes and coffee breaks. Lunches are only included when registered for a full day tutorial or two half day tutorials on the same day.

No registration request will be confirmed until the payment has been processed. Substitutions will be accepted. To save on administrative costs and postage, receipts will be handed out at the conference. Cancellation must be always confirmed in writing: don't forget to include all your banking information. Refund of fees, with deduction of € 25.00 for administrative duties, will be made for cancellations received before 24 May 2010. After that date, no refunds will be possible. Refunds will be processed and paid after the Conference.
