Registration: "How to"

To register, you will find here, a registration form in different formats:

Registration form for Word (doc),
Registration form for Acrobat Reader (pdf),
Registration form in Postscript format (ps).

Once filled, this form must be returned (by fax, mail or e-mail) to the Voyages 31 travel agency which is in charge of the registration process. See their contact address on the registration form or in the Venue page.

You will then receive an invoice that will enable you to pay by one of the means at your disposal.

If you prefer you can immediately pay your registration without waiting for the invoice in order to save time.

In both cases, your registration will be confirmed only when receiving a receipt from Voyages 31.

Accomodation: "How to"

If you need it, you will find, following the link to the Voyages 31 web site (see the "Current Events" section), an accommodation form (in word or pdf format) to book an hotel among those proposed by Voyage 31:

the conference hotel (3*): Mercure Atria hotel,
some hotels (2*) in the center of Toulouse: Kyriad, Ibis, hotels near the Capitol square or the Wilson square, ...

You can also obtain some discount on plane and train travels.

If you have any problem concerning this link or this form, please use the address given in the Venue page to directly contact Voyages 31.

And do not take into account the deadline indicated on this form, they take bookings later.

Conference registration fees

The three day registration at the conference (June 17th - June 19th) includes:

one copy of the proceedings,
coffee breaks,
lunches
social events:
- visit and reception at the town hall on Tuesday June 17th evening,
- banquet on Wednesday 18th evening,
- visit on Thursday 19th evening (to be detailed).

The given prices do not include the VAT which will be added on your invoice. In France, VAT is 19.6%.

Tutorial registration fees

Prices are per tutorial including:

tutorial notes,
coffee breaks.

The given prices do not include the VAT which will be added on your invoice. In France, VAT is 19.6%.

Lunches are only included when registering for full day tutorial, or workshop or two half-day tutorials on the same day.

Extras: Proceedings and Banquet

You will be able to buy extra proceedings on site.

You can take banquet tickets for the social event on Wednesday June 17th, evening, 45 euros per ticket (VAT- 19.6% - not included).

Cancellation

No registration request will be confirmed until payment has been received.

Cancellations must be in writing. A cancellation fee of 120 euros will be applied to all cancellations. No refunds will be given for cancellations postmarked after June 1^st, 2003. Substitutions will be accepted.

Additional lunch tickets will be on sale throughout the conference.
