Fees are shown in Swedish currency, SEK. The fee quoted excludes tax (VAT) which is payable by all delegates from the  the EU, European Union. The fee inclusive of tax is shown in brackets. A tax invoice will be provided for each registration for those from the EU - the tax is for most companies deductible. CANCELLATIONS must be in writing. A cancellation fee of 500 SEK will be applied to all cancellations. No refunds will be given for cancellations postmarked after 8 May 1997. Substitutions will be accepted.

Member discount: For members in Ada-Europe there is a discount of 400 SEK (500 incl VAT) when registering for a full conference before May 2nd. The fee will then be 3800 SEK (4750 incl VAT) instead of 4200 and for academia 2400 SEK( 3000) instead of 2800.
Please note that not all members of national Ada organizations are also indirect members of Ada Europe. If you are unsure about your membership status in Ada-Europe, please contact your national Ada organization.
The conference organizer will use membership lists supplied by the national organizations to check membership, we therefore ask you to indicate through which organization you are a member of Ada-Europe or a direct member

Participants, who have registered early as a member of Ada-Europe, and cannot be found in the membership lists or cannot otherwise show membership in Ada-Europe, will be charged 400 SEK at the registration desk.
If you want to become a member of Ada-Europe, please contact your national Ada organization. If your country does not have a national Ada organization, you can contact the Secretary of Ada-Europe to become a direct member of Ada-Europe.
